Import/Export Data

This form allows you to import member data into the MFMC database, or export the same data into CSV files. CSV files are a standard format, editable in Excel and other common tools.

In order to upload member data, the file must match a specific format matching this sample.

To avoid creating duplicate records during import, members are identified by first name, last name and email address. Each member should be represented only once, on a single line, with all that member's clubs and teaching specialties given on that line.

Note that any clubs and teaching specialties referenced in the file must exist prior to import, or the entire import will fail. Clubs are referenced by name, teaching specialties by "code".
